No Info! Julian Alvarez’s agent breaks silence on Real Madrid transfer links

Julian Alvarez has been linked with a move away from Atletico Madrid this summer with the likes of Barcelona, Arsenal and Paris Saint-Germain interested in his service.

Real Madrid have now reportedly joined the list following Florentino Perez’s mysterious €150 million target. Madrid are seeking a new ‘Galatico’ and Alvarez name has been mentioned in the media.

While everyone await Florentino Perez to clarify things, reports suggested that Madrid had made enquiries about Alvarez and viewed him as a potential marquee signing.

However, Alvarez’s agent, Fernando Hidalgo, has poured cold water on suggestions that anything concrete is currently taking place behind the scenes.

When questioned about the alleged Real Madrid interest and the possibility of ongoing negotiations, Hidalgo offered a brief but clear response.

He was quoted by Mundo Deportivo as saying, “We have no information on the matter and no one has contacted us about it.”

Madrid have failed to win a trophy in the last two season and are prepared to strengthen the team. Jose Mourinho is set to come in as the new manager while Ibrahima Kanoute will join as a free transfer from Liverpool.

The Spanish giant have also agreed to sign Denzel Dumfries from Inter Milan.

However, no information about Perez’s mysterious €150 million target but it’s rumoured to be a midfielder rather than an attacking player.
