Chelsea optimistic of signing 17-year-old attacker ahead of Barcelona
Chelsea and Barcelona are reportedly interested in signing 17-year-old Palmeiras attacker, Estevao WIllian, however, the London club are optimistic the deal will fall through.
Mauricio Pochettino has been linked with top stars ahead of the summer as they hope things will work out well next season.
New reports have now claimed that Chelsea have entered into talks with Palmeiras for Estavao Willian.

It is reported that Chelsea are ready to make a €30 million offer plus bonuses for the 17-year-old Barcelona target, although Palmeiras want more than €60 million plus add-ons for the teenager.
Chelsea’s offer of add-ons remains unclear, and considering they are optimistic, the proposal might be closer to the player’s reported €60 million release clause.
While Estevao Willian has a dream of playing for Barcelona, it’s left to see if Chelsea will be able to convince the youngster.
