Robert Lewandowski offers advice to Vitor Roque amidst transfer rumors

Barcelona forward Robert Lewandowski has offered a piece of advice to his colleague Vitor Roque who has continued to be linked with a move away from the Spanish giant.
Tipped to play at the highest level, Vitor Roque has struggled for game time since arriving in January. He failed to fit in Xavi Hernandez team and was reportedly on the verge of leaving the club.
However, the arrival of Hansi Flick changed the story.
Vitor Roque reportedly turned down the chance to move to Saudi Pro League side Al-Hilal and is hoping for a chance to impress Hansi Flick in pre-season.
Lewandowski has now offered a word of advice to the youngster who is looking to have a breakthrough season at Barcelona. The former Bayern Munich forward said he understands how it can be hard to adapt to a new life in a new country.
“Coming to Barça is a big step for anyone, a new culture… and although Portuguese is similar to Spanish, it is still a different language. You have to trust in yourself, work hard,” he told reporters.
“The summer is always a good time to analyse what one did wrong, what one can do better… He has enough talent, but what happens or can happen obviously depends on him.”
Vitor Roque will be eager to impress Hansi Flick as Barcelona begin their pre-season tour against Manchester City.
