Ballon d’Or 2024: Full list of winners as Rodri wins big

The 68th edition of the Ballon d’Or awards took place on Monday 28 October at the Théâtre du Châtelet in Paris with the biggest names in the world of football making an appearance.

Manchester City midfielder Rodri was announced the 2024 Ballon d’Or winner beating off competition from Real Madrid’s Vinicius Junior and Jude Bellingham.

Rodri enjoyed a stellar season winning the Premier League with City and also the Euro 2024 title with his country.

Spanish and Barcelona playmaker Aitana Bonmatí continued her dominance in the world of women football by winning her second Ballon d’Or award in a row.

Aston Villa goalkeeper, Emiliano Martínez was voted the best goalkeeper while Barcelona youngster Lamine Yamal won the best young players.
