“We want to fly the club colours high”: Luis Enrique speaks about PSG’s UCL chances

Paris Saint-Germain manager, Luis Enrique has opened up on his team objectives as the season draws closer to its conclusion.

Paris Saint-Germain currently top the French Ligue 1 and have booked a place in the Champions League semi-final after beating Barcelona.

Enrique speaking ahead of PSG’s Ligue 1 Round 30 clash with Olympique Lyonnais noted that his team have to be competitive to reach their objectives.

“We’re now entering the final weeks of the competition. We’re in the process of achieving our objectives and that’s why we’re working with great enthusiasm and seriousness.

Our objective has always been the same: to win the championship. We want to fly the club colours high and that’s why we have to be competitive in every game,” Enrique said.

The former Barcelona manager also spoke about his team state of mind ahead of their final run in the season.

“To be a title contender in every competition, you need a very strong squad, and that’s what we have here.

All the players have to be ready to do their job and help the team, because we’ll need everyone. And I can say that I’m liking my players’ attitude in training.”

PSG will meet Borussia Dortmund in the Champions League semi-final as they hope to end the season on a high.
