Ex-Birmingham City Player Graham in Hospital After Serious Crash

Former Birmingham City winger Jordan Graham is in hospital after being involved in a serious road traffic accident earlier this month.

The Professional Footballers’ Association (PFA) released a statement on behalf of Graham’s family, confirming that the 31-year-old is currently receiving specialist treatment following the incident.

Graham spent two seasons with Birmingham between 2021 and 2023, making 49 Championship appearances after joining the club from Gillingham.

The winger came through the academy at Aston Villa before later featuring for Wolves, where he made 17 appearances.

During his career, Graham also had loan spells with Ipswich Town, Bradford City, Oxford United and Fulham.

He has made 188 appearances across his professional career but has not played competitively since leaving Leyton Orient in 2025.

“His family are incredibly grateful for the care he is receiving,” the PFA said in its statement.

“They respectfully ask for privacy and that people refrain from contacting them directly while they focus entirely on Jordan and his recovery.

“Further information will only be provided when appropriate.”

Graham’s former club Gillingham also sent their support to the player and his family.

“Everyone at the club is thinking of Jordan and his family at this time,” the club said.

“We wish him a full and swift recovery.”

Leyton Orient, where Graham spent the final part of his playing career, also shared a brief message of support.

“We’re all with you JG,” Orient posted.
