You should leave! Raphinha sets one condition all Barcelona players must meet
Barcelona began the season in an impressive fashion but things has not been looking great for the Catalonia club in the past few weeks.
The Spanish giant are now set for a crucial match before the players can leave for their Christmas holidays. In this game, Barcelona will host Atletico Madrid at Montjuic, with the Colchoneros being one of the most in-form teams in Europe.
Ahead of the match, Raphinha has summoned his teammates, urging them to be match fit and also stating a condition all players must meet.
As Mundo Deportivo has reported, the Brazilian made it clear that playing for Barcelona involves being ready to compete for all the titles:
“Everything, I think about everything. When you play for a club like Barça, you have to aim to win as much as possible. And if you don’t think that way, you’re either in the wrong team… or you shouldn’t be here.”
Raphinha had a very clear idea of what constitutes a successful season for a club like Barcelona:
“What is a perfect season? Winning titles.”
With the way Barcelona started the season, there was no doubt that the Blaugrana were among the favourites, especially for the trophies in Spain.
However, their recent form in La Liga has not entirely been great, as they have been able to get the full three points from only one of their last six matches.
Barcelona will also be without Lamine Yamal who has been sidelined for a month, the 17-years-old winger will be missed and Hansi Flick will be hoping his team can achieve success without him.
