Reports: Arsenal target give club hints about his preferred weekly wage
Arsenal target, Ivan Toney has reportedly state the weekly wages he’s looking to earn from the big clubs willing to acquire his services.
Ivan Toney has been heavily tipped to leave Brentford this summer, with the likes of Arsenal, United and Chelsea widely thought to have registered an interest in the striker.
It has also been reported that the England international is eager to take a new step in his career.
However, a fresh Sun report has claimed that Ivan Toney has placed his expected salary in the region of £250,000 per week. Reports also claimed suitors may be put off by Toney’s expected wages.
If clubs were to pay Toney £250,000 per week, this number will amounts to £13million per year.
Toney has failed to agree a new deal with Brentford and it’s reported his expected wages played a huge role.
Brentford boss Thomas Frank admitted back in February that he expects to lose Toney in the summer transfer window and it’s left to see where his future lies.
