Serie A teams launch bid to end Federico Chiesa’s Liverpool nightmare
Federico Chiesa could be on his way out of Liverpool, with three Serie A heavyweights prepare to battle for his signature in the January transfer window.
Chiesa has struggle to make a mark at Liverpool and it seems his underwhelming stint at Anfield has reached a breaking point.
According to report, Inter, Atalanta, and Lazio are all reportedly monitoring the 28-year-old’s situation under new Liverpool manager Ander Iraola.
Calciomercato reports claim informal discussions have already commenced between the prospective Italian suitors and Chiesa’s representatives.

Chiesa has failed to register a single minute of competitive action for the Reds so far this season, and will be open to a fresh start in the Seria A.
The Italian international arrived at Liverpool in August 2024 in what was described as a bargain deal worth approximately £10 million.
Having played at the highest level for Juventus in his four years at the club, Chiesa was expected to provide elite depth to the Reds’ attacking line. However, the 51-cap Italy star has never truly managed to assert himself in the Premier League,
Liverpool’s decision to omit him from the club’s Champions League squad for the current season proves he no longer features in the long-term plans.
Chiesa could now make his way out of Anfield when the winter transfer window open on Friday, January 1.
