‘I’ll remember’: PSG owner warned Juventus after collapsed Kolo Muani deal

Paris Saint-Germain president Nasser Al-Khelaifi reportedly warned Juventus that he’d ‘remember’ their methods after talks for Randal Kolo Muani’s return to Turin collapsed.

Juventus and PSG had been in talks for several weeks after Kolo Muani spent the second part of the 2024-25 season on loan in Turin.

However, the two clubs never reached an agreement over the transfer package and fee, resulting in the Bianconeri signing Lois Openda from RB Leipzig instead.

Muani wanted to join Juventus but had to settle for another loan spell at Tottenham Hotspur.

Latest report from French media Sports Zone has now claim that PSG owner Al-Khelaifi lost patience with Juventus directors after the Bianconeri refused to re-sign Muani in August.

“You’ve been messing with us for several weeks; this ends now,” Al-Khelaifi reportedly told Juventus directors.

“You won’t get your day with me. I’ll remember your methods; you can count on that.”

Other media, including L’Equipe, had already reported that PSG were unhappy with Juventus’ attitude during negotiations.

Kolo Muani enjoyed his loan spell at Juventus, where he scored 10 goals in 22 appearances across all competitions in 2024-25. He will now be eager to continue his good form under Thomas Frank at Tottenham Hotspur.
