Marcus Rashford, Ruben Amorim relationship worsen as new details emerge
The relationship between Manchester United’s manager Ruben Amorim and Marcus Rashford has reached its boiling point with both parties no longer in talking terms.
According to latest report from The Guardian, the relationship between the pair has broken down to such an extent that Amorim now only addresses Rashford when he is speaking to his squad as a whole.
Rashford has not played for Manchester United since December 12 due to Amorim’s concerns over his attitude and commitment. Amorim reiterated his stance on Rashford after the Red Devils’ 1-0 win over Fulham last time out by claiming he would rather select the club’s 63-year-old goalkeeping coach Jorge Vital than the forward unless things change.

Meanwhile, Rashford has been linked with a move away from Old Trafford this January with the likes of Barcelona, Borrusia Dortmund willing to have him on a six months loan deal.
Rashford has also said he’s ready to leave Manchester United in search of a “new challenge” but might be forced to stay away from the team for six months unless he can secure a late move before the transfer window closes on Monday, February 3.
Juventus are also looking at bringing in the England international, however, the 27-year-old’s enormous wages of over £300,000 per week are a real issue and mean there’s no guarantee he will leave the club mid-season.
As Manchester United prepare to take on FCSB in the Europa League on Thursday, Rashford is once again not expected to be included in Ruben Amorim’s squad for the match.
