‘Stability and Consistency’: Tudor reveals what’s needed at Juventus

Juventus manager Igor Tudor has explained what’s needed to achieve success at the club, giving more insights on why he isn’t starting Dusan Vlahovic and Randal Kolo Muani together against Lecce.
The Italian giant are currently in the battle for a top four finish and Champions League qualification is expected to go down to the wire, but with Atalanta-Bologna and Lazio-Roma this weekend, it is a big opportunity for the Bianconeri to take advantage.
Tudor has now shared his take on the battle for Champions League place as well as his reasons for starting some player.
“I don’t know what is favourable or not, but we are concentrated on Lecce, knowing every game is difficult. So close to the end of the season, everyone plays the performance of their lives,” Tudor told Sky Sport Italia.
“I choose the players who I think are in the best shape, knowing substitutions will also be important, because we need everyone.”

With fans clamouring for Vlahovic and Kolo Muani to start together, Tudor seems to prefer the Serbian alone for the time being.
“As I said yesterday, we could see them together, but right now we need stability and consistency, then we’ll see. The only certainty is that everyone will be important for the team. The players are the protagonists, a coach can only indicate the path they should take, then it is the players who put it into action.”
Tudor since arriving at Juventus continues to stand with the three-man defence, but Samuel Mbangula joins Mattia Perin, Federico Gatti, Arek Milik, Gleison Bremer and Juan Cabal on the absentee list.
“We still have work to do, but we’re on the right path, must give it all every day and be at 100 per cent in every game, every training session,” added the coach.
This is the third game in charge for coach Tudor, who beat Genoa 1-0 and was held to a 1-1 draw by Roma after replacing sacked Thiago Motta.
