Bayern Munich contract talks with Jamal Musiala and Joshua Kimmich in good hands

Bayern Munich are expected to agree a new deal with Jamal Musiala and Joshua Kimmich despite both Germany superstars linked with other clubs.

Jamal Musiala and Joshua Kimmich have become an important figure in Bayern Munich setup with both players putting in some stellar performances week in week out. Considering that, Bayern intends on signing new contracts with both players as soon as possible.

Bayern Munich are not willing to let clubs take advantage of any contract situation to sign some of their best players.

According to Christoph Freund, Sporting Director at Bayern, both players are in good hands with contract talks progressing.

“We’re in good talks. Of course our wish would be to complete the deals as soon as possible. But the most important thing is that in the end there would be a positive result and that they extend. It doesn’t matter whether a week earlier or three weeks later. We are positive about both cases,” Freund said.

Kimmich and Musiala have been more than satisfactory for both club and country, and to keep them at Bayern for longer would definitely be in their best interest.
