‘Bye, Enzo Maresca’: Chelsea star agrees transfer to European giants

Chelsea are flying high under Enzo Maresca but some players have seen limited game time under their new manager.

The Blues are blessed with various talents in all department and some players will be allowed to leave in January. Topping that list is young midfielder Carney Chukwuemeka.

According to a new report, Chukwuemeka has agreed terms on a transfer to AC Milan, though a deal is not done yet.

Celtic are also said to be interested in the England Under-20 international, but it looks like Milan are in pole position for this deal as the player has already said yes to making the move to the San Siro, according to Calciomercato.

Chukwuemeka once looked like a hugely exciting prospect during his Aston Villa days, and Chelsea will have surely felt they were landing a real gem when they brought him in.

However, things have not worked according to plan for the young talent. He has struggled to break into the Blues first team and has spent time on the bench.

If Chukwuemeka moves to AC Milan, he will be reuniting with former Chelsea stars Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Christian Pulisic, Fikayo Tomori and Tammy Abraham.
