Focused! Bayern Munich set sight on treble after sealing Bundesliga title

Bayern Munich are looking at winning the treble this season after securing the 2025/26 Bundesliga title with an emphatic victory over Stuttgart.

The Bavarians wrapped up the Bundesliga title with a 4-2 win against Stuttgart. Harry Kane, introduced as a half-time substitute, stepped off the bench to score his 56th goal of the season for club and country after Raphael Guerreiro, Nicolas Jackson and Alphonso Davies had cancelled out Chris Fuhrich’s opener for the visitors.

Stuttgart scored a late second, but it mattered little as Bayern continue their dominance in the Bundesliga.

It’s now 13th Bundesliga title won in the past 14 seasons.

Speaking after the victory, head coach Vincent Kompany quickly turned his attention to the treble. Bayern will play Bayer Leverkusen in the semi-finals of the German Cup on Wednesday.

The Bundesliga champion will then face Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League semi-finals later this month.

“The numbers are great, but it’s not over yet,” Kompany told a press conference

“We keep going. It’s also a question of mentality. We always give our all, whether in pre-season or for a competitive fixture and I don’t want to stop yet.

“We’ve got crucial weeks to come. We’re excited, but also know how tough it’ll be. Our belief is there, and that’s very valuable in football.”

Bayern Munich have now won 35 Bundesliga title and will be eager to add the UEFA Champions League title and the German Cup.
