Accept My Decision’ – Hansi Flick issues stern warning to angry Barca players

Barcelona manager Hansi Flick has insisted that he does not understand the reaction of some Barca players who reportedly reacted angrily to not playing against Celta Vigo.
The Catalonia giant staged a huge comeback on Saturday to defeat Celta Vigo 4-3 but the victory was overshadowed by some players reaction. It was reported that Ansu Fati ‘hit a water tank’ due to not playing and Ferran Torres refused to shake hands with assistant coach Marcus Sorg when he was taken off.
Sharing his thoughts on the incidents, Flick revealed he was not best pleased with how some players reacted to either not being involved or getting substituted.

He told reporters: “I can understand that the players aren’t happy. I was a player myself and I understand them. They all want to show that they can be part of the team and can help achieve our objectives. I understand it perfectly, but I don’t understand the reaction because it’s a situation that one has to accept. We made the best decisions and that’s what the players need to see. Normally, everyone celebrates the victory, and I like that more. I want to see the reaction on the pitch when they play.”
The victory against Celta Vigo saw Barcelona continue their four points lead at the top of the table ahead of second-placed Real Madrid.
Barcelona and Real Madrid will face off in the Copa del Rey final this weekend. While Flick will have to rotate due to the sheer number of matches coming up but the German has made it clear that you have to earn your game time in the first-team.
The likes of Ferran Torres are expected to start on Tuesday night when Barcelona host Mallorca in La Liga.
