Seria A giant offer Rasmus Hojlund escape route following Man Utd struggle
Rasmus Hojlund joined Manchester United almost two years ago but has failed to find his scoring boot at Old Trafford, however, he has been offered a new challenge in Seria A.
Manchester United spent more than £70million to land Hojlund from Atalanta and there was an acceptance that he was far from the finished article. Despite the hype surrounding his signature, things have not worked out for Hojlund.
With just two Premier League goals so far this campaign and having not scored in his last 16 games for the club, United are looking at letting him go for the right offer.
Seria A side Napoli are now considering offering Hojlund a way out of Manchester as they hope he’ll rediscover his form in Italy.

Napoli would be eyeing a cut-price deal, which means Hojlund may become the latest player who United have to accept a loss on. The Italians have a working relationship with those in Manchester, having struck a deal for Scott McTominay back in the summer and TalkSport understands they could return.
Former Chelsea boss and now Napoli boss Antonio Conte believe he can get Hojlund back to the level he was at Atlanta before United came calling.
Reports claimed Ruben Amorim’s coaching staff in Manchester are getting frustrated with Hojlund’s performance and it was not surprising he was was hauled off in place of 17-year-old Chido Obi during United’s 2-2 draw at Everton.
It is reported that one coach was especially critical of the 22-year-old’s performance during the recent loss away to Tottenham, where the team, again, failed to score.
Manchester United have find goals hard to come by this season and the Red Devils have continued to be linked with Viktor Gyokeres whom Amorim worked with at Sporting Lisbon.
Hojlund’s move to Napoli might open door for a new striker to walk in and it’s left to see if the Danish striker will prefer a move back to Serial A.
