Zinedine Zidane has been linked with a return to management and this time with one of the biggest clubs in the world, Bayern Munich.
Bayern Munich are set to be without a coach with Thomas Tuchel leaving his role at the end of the season.
Tuchel has failed to hit the ground running at Bayern Munich and will be allowed to leave. With the managerial post now vacant, Bayern have set their sight on Zidane.
According to a report via The Sun, the former France international has been regarded as the favourite to land the vacant role at Bayern Munich.
Bayern are also said to be looking at fellow candidates which include Julian Nagelsmann, Hansi Flick and Jose Mourinho.
Zidane left Real Madrid back in 2021 after leading the La Liga giants to three consecutive UEFA Champions League successes.
During his time with Real Madrid, Zidane became the first manager ever to win the Champions League three times in a row.
He also won the UEFA Super Cup and FIFA Club World Cup twice, as well as a La Liga title and a Supercopa de Espana.
