Hansi Flick reflects on Barca’s title win, admits his team must improve

Barcelona manager Hansi Flick has admitted the club must improve many things as they continue their LaLiga title win celebrations.
The Catalonia club sealed a domestic treble this season, winning the Copa del Rey, Supercopa de Espana and La Liga. Having already secure the title, Barcelona lose their last home game of the season 3-2 to Villarreal.
Flick spoke to the media after watching his team loss. Although the Catalans suffered a narrow defeat, the German tactician was not upset and instead defended his side, citing fatigue as a reason after watching them clinch the title earlier in the week.

The former Bayern Munich manager admitted he was overwhelmed at the sight of fans crying during their celebrations and underscored his desire to improve next season.
Flick said: “When I saw the faces of the fans, we saw people crying, it’s a huge feeling. We have to improve many things, but we have potential, and from the beginning, I saw that this team never gave up, this is the attitude, and that’s why the fans are happy and satisfied with the team. When I saw the parade, how the players celebrated. It was very beautiful.”
Barcelona has improved under Hansi Flick as they’ve been able to compete on all front. Fans will be optimistic things get better next season as the club also plan to return to the renovated Camp Nou next season.
However, the Villarreal game might not be Barcelona’s last game at Montjuic. Recent reports have claimed that delays have pushed their first game back to September, which could leave Flick’s men having to play elsewhere until the stadium is ready.
