Jack Grealish Suffers Broken Foot Injury, Likely To Miss World Cup
Jack Grealish could miss out of England’s squad to the 2026 FIFA World Cup after suffering a suspected stress fracture in his foot.
Grealish, who was dimmed surplus to requirement at Manchester City has rejuvenated his career at Everton and has been tipped to get a recall to the England national team squad.
The 30-year-old has been playing at the highest level for Everton this season. He continued his good form on Sunday as the Toffeas secured a 1-0 win over Aston Villa.
However, the win came at a huge cost to Grealish, who may have played his final game for the Merseyside club having joined them on loan from Manchester City last summer.

Grealish’s latest injury is expected to keep him out for a number of months and is set to be evaluated by a specialist in the coming days to ascertain the full extent.
While this is a blow for Everton, David Moyes will welcome back Iliman Ndiaye and Idrissa Gueye from the Africa Cup of Nations after the pair won the competition with Senegal on Sunday.
Grealish’s impact in the squad will be missed. The England International has scored two goals and added six assists in 22 appearances this season.
This injury have also jeopardise his chances of getting a permanent move to Everton, who have an option to buy the experienced England player for £50m ($67m) this summer.
