Liverpool set to make first move on Mo Salah potential replacement

Liverpool are prepared to make the first move towards finding Mohamed Salah replacement as the Egyptian forward continues to be linked with a move away from Anfield.
Salah has been linked with a summer move away from Anfield with top clubs in Saudi Arabia eager to break the bank to acquire his services.
Though Liverpool are not willing to let him go, the reds are already on the lookout for his replacement.
The reds have highlighted some players that will replace Salah if he decides to leave and one name on that list is Michael Olise.
Liverpool face Crystal Palace in the Premier League on Sunday and the club board member will be using the opportunity to watch Olise play before making a decision.
Fenway Sports Group CEO of football Michael Edwards and recently-appointed sporting director Richard Hughes are set to watch the game live to have a good assessment of Olise.
Olise spent time in the academy of Arsenal, Manchester City and Chelsea but it was at Reading he made a name for himself before moving to Crystal Palace for £8.4 million in 2021.
His performances for Crystal Palace has attract top clubs with Manchester United also linked to the youngster. The France youth international was also linked with a return to Man City.
Olise has struggled with hamstring injuries this season and this has limited him to just 12 outings. However, the 22-year-old has hit six goals and three assists to his name.
