Man City suffer huge injury concern as Haaland limps off for Norway
Manchester City have been hit with a huge injury concern after Erling Haaland limped off during Norway’s 2-1 Nations League defeat against Portugal on Sunday evening.
Haaland signalled to the dugout midway through the second half before being replaced, leaving Enzo Maresca facing a nervous wait ahead of vital fixtures against Liverpool and PSG.
Despite Jorgen Strand Larsen preparing to replace him on the touchline, the prolific marksman lingered on the pitch for several minutes while visibly hobbling before officially making way in the 67th minute.

However, City will hope it’s just a minor issue as Haaland walked off the pitch unaided.
Haaland is expected to return to City for treatment as the club prepare for two defining assignments in quick succession after the international break.
The Premier League giants travel to Anfield to face Liverpool on Sunday before hosting Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League the following Wednesday.
City must now wait on definitive scan results, hoping that Haaland stays fit and will be ready for another busy month.
