Manchester United set sight on Bayern Munich trio in massive recruitment plan

Premier League side Manchester United are reportedly looking at signing three Bayern Munich players as the club hope to return to winning ways.

United have struggled for consistency in the past few season but the new club owners are eager to invest in the team. Though Erik ten Hags’ future is in doubt, reports have claimed United are preparing for the January transfer window.

According to Sky Sport, Manchester United are monitoring the situation surrounding the future of Leroy Sané, Leon Goretzka, and Alphonso Davies at Bayern Munich.

The trio future remain uncertain, and it seems that United are willing to take their chances.

Davies and Sané will both be out of contract at the end of the season, and Manchester United could look to sign them on free transfers.

Meanwhile, Goretzka who still has two years left on his current contract has fallen out of favor at Bayern Munich. He opted against leaving the Bundesliga side during the summer transfer window, but interest from United could tempt him to secure a move away in January.

United on the other hand will face stiff competition regarding the signing of Davies and Sane.

Real Madrid are interested in signing Davies, and are said to be leading the race to bring him in on a free transfer next summer. Meanwhile, Sane might be offered a new contract before the season runs out.
