Real Madrid Eye More Signings Despite Adding Four New Players
Real Madrid are still looking at bringing in new players this summer as the club continue their summer rebuild under Jose Mourinho.
Jose Mourinho has been announced as Real Madrid’s new coach, the Portuguese signed a three-year contract to return for a second managerial stint at the Santiago Bernabeu, following a season managing Benfica.
The Portuguese arrival have prompt Madrid to do some business in the transfer window.
Chelsea defender Marc Cucurella was the most recent player to reach a verbal agreement with Real Madrid.
The move is expected to be made official today as the Spanish left-back turned down a move to Barcelona in favour of Real Madrid.

Cucurella would become Real Madrid’s fourth signing, after Ibrahima Konate, Denzel Dumfries and Bernardo Silva. However, the club are still not done, as far as the transfer market is concerned.
According to popular transfer journalist Fabrizio Romano, Real Madrid are still active in the transfer window.
The Spanish giant are eager to put two trophyless seasons firmly behind them.
To achieve this, Florentino Perez has promised a marquee Galactico which he’s yet to sign. In addition, Mourinho is keen to mould the squad to his exact specifications.
On the latest arrival, Romano confirms that the deal for Cucurella has been finalised for a guaranteed fee of €55 million plus €5 million in add-ons, taking the total package to €60 million.
Romano also confirms that Mourinho will officially take charge on July 13, having signed a three-year contract.
As part of his backroom setup, the Portuguese coach is set to appint former Real Madrid midfielder Sami Khedira as his assistant.
