Spanish giant, Real Madrid are set to welcome back Eder Militao into the team ahead of their important UEFA Champions League trip to Manchester City.

Real Madrid have been struggling with injuries in the back line with Eder Militao yet to play a single match since suffering a knee injury in the opening game of the campaign.

Eder Militao is now back to full fitness and is likely to make his first appearance when Real Madrid battle it out with Mallorca in their La Liga match this weekend.

France international Aurélien Tchouaméni who covered at centre back in the first leg against City will be benched so Militao can gain match fitness.

Aurélien Tchouaméni will miss the return game against City due to suspension and Militao will replace him.

Real Madrid secured a thrilling 3-3 quarter final first leg draw against Manchester City on Tuesday and will be eager to see off Mallorca without any casualty.

Carlo Ancelotti will be hoping his team can do the unthinkable by getting pass a strong and disciplined Manchester City in front of a packed Etihad Stadium.
