Mohamed Salah reveals the desire driving Liverpool stars to title glory

Liverpool continued their impressive form in the Premier League with an outstanding 2-0 win over Manchester City on Sunday.
The victory at Etihad saw Liverpool open an 11 points gap against Arsenal who failed to win against West Ham United. Mikel Arteta’s team lost 1-0 while third place Nottingham Forest were also defeated 4-3 at Newcastle.
Liverpool are now just 11 games from winning their first title since their 2019-20 triumph when the likes of Salah, Virgil van Dijk and Alisson guided them to glory.
Mohamed Salah who was also on the score sheet against Manchester City has now revealed what’s pushing the club towards the title.
Salah said: “We need another title. Me and the big guys in the team, we need another title. Hopefully we keep calm because sometimes the pressure gets to us. We try to win each game.”

The Egyptian star has now notched 30 goals in all competitions with 25 of those in the Premier League along with 16 assists. His 41 goal involvements is more goals than 10 Premier League teams have managed.
Speaking on Salah’s form, Reds full-back Andy Robertson said: “He is on a different world right now and playing out of his skin.”
Despite their eleven point lead against Arsenal who have a game in hand, Liverpool’s boss Arne Slot still urged his side to be cautious.
The Dutch boss said: “In every other league, having a lead like this would be very comfortable. Except for this one. Because this league every single game gives you a lot of challenges. Even Plymouth Argyle gave us a lot of challenges.”
Liverpool fans were singing about winning the title at full time after they watched their side win their first league game here since 2015.
Salah has played a huge role in their success all the through the season and fans will be hoping the Egyptian stays fit to help continue the push for Domestic and European title.
